Hey Tony---will be sure and tune in tomorrow--28th our time. So---didn't I tell you that you would love NZ and the Kiwis----In my estimation it is the best place in the world to live --especially if you love the out of doors!!----and the people are really really hospitable!!!... as well, when you are sleeping outside you have nothing to worry about when it comes to snakes, spiders etc---nothing there to hurt you---a real Nirvana for sure!!!----Enjoy the scenery and hospitality----those miles through the center of Aussie are going to be monotonous compared to these sites----but no doubt enjoyable in their own right!!!---It was great reading your highlights---and there are so many many more!!!----OK man---good running---and sounds like good eating as well!!!-----just hearing about old NZ again makes me wish I were there running along side---not that in my age I could keep up hahaha-----
Ciao--Greg

Very quickly! ran 46km today,Sunday.
The last 20km with Kiwi ultra running legend Perry Newburn who recently circumnavigated New Zealand, all 5,000km of it in an astonishing 10 weeks of running along the perimeter of both islands! Perry put some much needed zip into my legs! see his website www.perrysruns.co.nz I had a wonderful day. Tomorrow,Monday we return to today's finish and run the 60km to his home in Fielding. I am planning a very very early start on Tuesday to run a decent distance before we return to Perry's house early am for an office day of sorts. I will then take the Radio New Zealand interview there :)
