Hi Ann. Not many post offices around. I hardly remember seeing one since the S America start in Colombia! There is a courier service in Piura which is not on my route because of danger but also if you look south and zoom in south of there, absolutely NADA for 200km all the way to Chiclayo! That route is parallel to the one I am on at the moment. The road I am on is a bit rough but has more services. I also need to keep an eye on things like Easter, this weekend, as things may close up for a few days here!
I finished up in Chulucanas today and will move to a new base in a hotel there on Wed morning. Before I leave Tampo Grande I will send the Heavy Bag onto Lima bus depot as they will hold onto it for a month. Its about 900km away.

Today I did 30km About 7 or 8 bridges were missing or were very low, so a bit of wading thru ankle deep water! Hope it will be ok all the way to Chiclayo!
