I am delighted to see you are still with me, I often think about you guys! I just had two very tough days in the Andes mountains 25 and 24km today St Patricks Day, I finished early. About 15 miles each day, mostly climbing. I have been running in the Andes for two months now and three and a half to go! Looking for a really big day tomorrow to the town I commuted to today, Oña, so I wont have my pack and a lot will be downhill, just need an early start! Hope you had a nice winter! Things have gone a bit crazy in the office dept! Last week I had to start the day with one hour in an internet cafe for 5 of those days. Am so overwhelmed that I also had to take two rest days and as you can see have done nothing with the blog. But in great spirits and plugging away, one day at a time.
