Thank you very much for your kind words. I also need inspiration too.. I get it from the people I meet. I must be the luckiest person in the world because I keep meeting wonderful people! I am always touched when people say I inspire them to run etc or live a healthy life etc. I always hope it is not just a phase and truly hope they keep it going if they discover something positive.
