Happy birthday by the way. Just as a query, how do ya remain mentally focused to complete the mileage each day?, Your an inspiration to a novice runner. Very glad to hear the body is holding out.. In Tenerife at the moment myself on a weeks Holidays with the missus, can't beat a nice bit of sunshine, brought the runners with me as well, have the get the few miles in..
