Hi Ruth. Thanks again for your help and support. Yes the tracker is a bit of a pain. When it works its fantastic but its so unrelialable. I never know when it works when I am on the road. They say a red light = no signal and a green = signal. But there are many times I have a green and am shocked to see there was no update. A real pain. I try not to worry about it much but the beauty of it is that runners can come out and run with me etc. Its so frustrating for me too Tony

You are doing great. Keep going, you are doing great in the USA. Glad to see so many people looking after you. I watched the Interview and you look in good condition. Liverpool beat Man. Utd. 3 – 1 last Sunday you will be glad to know. Ireland are doing well in the six nations. Keep going Mark
