Please note my Google map on the route page is just a &#039; rough map &#039; as I cant be expected to plot every village accurately.The actual route is on the route page. Please scroll down to the USA. To be honest I ran just a small 4 mile corner of Iowa yesterday and just discovered this portion &#039; hidden &#039; between Illinois and Missouri only last week when I was plotting it out in further detail.I was not even aware I was going to Iowa!  I had an interesting time there but was saddened by the apalling way the Roquette factory has sacked their workers and employed &#039; scab &#039; workers. I stopped at both factory gates to talk to the striking workers that have been picketing since September.</description>
